After many years of making these popular items for friends and family, it was suggested to him that he should sell them and let the world enjoy. So December, 2011, after his second layoff, he decided it was about time to make his own destiny!
Black Dog Gourmet was conceived with the intent to help people make restaurant quality dishes at home. He has taken the guess work out of what spices go with what and how to use them.
