Returns and refunds are given on a case by case basis.
If you are not completely satisfied and there is damage to the product due to the delivery process, we will gladly accept many merchandise returns in-store within 14 days of purchase.
There are exceptions to our return policy. For example, discounted items must be returned within 7 days of purchase. Free returns in-store only. Contiguous U.S. only.
Please note: Items being refunded must be in their original delivered condition or evidence must be provided to support any items to be replaced. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Additional shipping fees may be applied to existing orders for additional products added to the original order.
