Mamasita’s chips were created in Nicholas Hane’s mother’s kitchen in the year 2000. She had been making fresh homemade chips and salsa for many years before, but that was the year when she discovered the secret ingredients. Delivering the perfect combination of salts and spices to each hand cut and fried tortilla, the perfect chip was born! Her family went crazy for these things and still do! They started incorporating them into any meal they could. Friends and family started requesting her chips to be present at every party and get-together that was had.
Naturally, Nicholas wanted to learn how to make these delicious chips that everyone was ravenous for. Combined with years of experience cooking in different kitchens and his mom’s recipe, their family can now offer to you the best tortilla chip ever!
