Voted as "Fan Favorite" each year since 2010, our Whipped Honey with Cinnamon is loved by all. We use smooth Korinje cinnamon to create a spread willing to take on maple syrup in a head-to-head battle for breakfast. Robust, aromatic, earthy and warm.
- Use as a glaze on baked apples, pears, pork chops, salmon, or turkey
- Drizzle over pound cake, vanilla ice cream, or biscuits
- Mix in cocktails, tea, or coffee
Crepe Myrtle is a light amber well balanced honey with a more traditional taste.
Early Autumn Amber is our darkest variety from Goldenrod, Morning Glory, Purple Astor
& Ragweed. Often used as a tastier & healthier substitute for Molasses.
